Thank you Sam

This week we had a shared lunch to celebrate all the goals that we had achieved while we were at camp and all the achievements that we had made inside of the class. At our shared lunch we invited all of the adult helpers that came to camp to help look after us and come to do all the fun things that we did during camp. While everyone in our class was at music learning all of the student leaders stayed behind to make cards for each of the adult helpers that came to look after us, each of the student leaders got a separate adult to write a letter to.

The adult that I got was Sam, Sam is the teacher aid in our class he helps Mrs Aireen and Ms Komor with making plans to help to teach us throughout the week. Even though at camp not many of the kids  spent much time with Sam we could all tell that he was still happy. Everywhere that he went he was happy and with Kayaking he couldn't join in because of his shoulder but when ever you looked back at him he was smiling because he could see that everyone else was having fun and that everyone else was enjoying the kayaking. And at night he had to go through all the boys dorms and tell the boys to go sleep until he got to me and my friends dorm, every night he had to walk to our dorm four to five times until we actually went to sleep.

So on the behalf of all the Kia Manawanui Syndicate thank you for all your help during camp and for all your help during school.
